Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Female Customer Support Executive to join our team at a reputed NBFC in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer queries, providing information about financial products and services, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
• Maintain customer records and follow up as necessary
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery
• Maintain documentation and generate daily reports
Qualifications and Skills:
• Minimum educational qualification: Plus Two / Graduation
• Prior experience in customer support or tele calling preferred (NBFC or financial sector experience is a plus)
• Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office
• Pleasant personality and a customer-centric attitude
