Job Description
The Candidates for E-Commerce manager required at least 5 years of work experience in Amazon or Flipkart and the experience should be in sales and marketing.
Roles & Responsibilities:
? Deliver Revenue and Market Share targets for various Ecommerce channels with enhanced profitability across
various product categories.
? Pro-actively plan and participate in major online promotions and big sale days
? Work with Digital marketing team to ensure high visit rate on relevant E-commerce websites
? Monitor performance and ensure progress across all critical E-commerce metrics & KPIs
? Perform Strategic Planning for Ecommerce growth and take full responsibility for the execution of agreed plans
? Carry out Account Planning & Management – Perform Joint Business Planning (JBP) and maintain day-to-day
relationship & communication with E-commerce marketplaces and their allied alpha sellers & resellers
? Hold overall responsibility for driving Ecommerce business for the KCM appliances brands
? Manage smooth operations of Ecommerce website listings, logistics, returns and portal reconciliations
? Take all relevant business decisions related to online product portfolio, price movements, and participation in
marketing & sales promotions in consultation with internalstakeholders like category, offline sales, marketing,
warehousing, purchase, factory, accounts, IT etc.
? Own and manage overall P&L for the E-commerce business, deliver on the agreed topline and bottom-line
targets
? Be fully updated with regards to competitive D2C brands and their market strategies, tactics.

? Minimum 5 years of business management experience. 2-3 years of relevant E-commerce sales experience
through major E-commerce marketplaces and their allied Alpha sellers & resellers
? Must have handled E-commerce business of more than Rs 5 crore for a product-based organization
? Desired Industry/category experience: consumer durables, consumer electronics, home entertainment, home
appliances, kitchen appliances, cookware & serve ware, personal care appliances, electrical goods etc.

Head Office at Manjeri (Malappuram district, Kerala) preferably Kerala north side / willing to relocate
