Job Description

Oversee the check-in and check-out process, ensuring a smooth experience for students.
Address tenant inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Hire, train, and manage hostel staff, including housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance teams.
Supervise staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the hostel.
Conduct regular inspections of hostels/properties to ensure they are well-maintained.
Coordinate with maintenance staff to address any repair or maintenance issues promptly.
Ensure proper rent collection and follow up on any pending dues.
Conduct weekly and monthly meetings in hostels to address concerns.
Act as the middleman between the hostel, students, and the institute, ensuring smooth communication.
Prepare monthly reports, estimates, and Profit & Loss (P&L) sheets for respective hostels.
Identify ways to minimize costs and improve revenue through operational efficiencies.
Maintain records of student occupancy, lease agreements, and hostel-related documentation.
Implement and enforce hostel rules and policies to ensure discipline and a comfortable living environment.
Develop and maintain vendor relationships for hostel supplies, food, and maintenance services.
Handle emergency situations like medical issues, fire hazards, or security concerns effectively.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting hostel operational expenses.
Ensure hostel facilities are optimized for maximum occupancy and efficiency.
