Job Description
Responsibilities include
• Greeting and welcoming visitors to the office.
• Attend to incoming calls and make necessary out bound calls.
• Maintain in-bound and out-bound registers including Visitor log book.
• Keeping the Front office area organised and neat.
• Maintain office decorum and follow the instructions given.
• Guiding the visitors to the concerned Professional’s chamber.
• Maintaining Office expenses and Cash vouchers.
• Basic admin responsibilities including filing, photocopying, taking print outs.
• Support the team as per need.
• Oversee daily cleaning of the office.
Location - Mysore, Karnataka
Salary - As per company standard
