Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to contact potential and existing customers via telephone to promote products or services, generate leads, and provide customer support. You will play a key role in building positive relationships with customers and contributing to the company’s growth by improving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services and generate interest.
Lead Generation: Engage prospects, identify their needs, and qualify leads for the sales team.
Customer Inquiries: Answer customer questions, address concerns, and provide information on products or services.
Sales Conversion: Convert inquiries into sales by following up with leads and persuading customers to make purchases.
Database Management: Update customer information in the database and maintain detailed records of calls and sales progress.
Customer Feedback: Collect customer feedback and provide it to the relevant departments for service improvement.
Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets set by management.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in [insert languages]. Clear and persuasive speaking ability.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and listening skills to build rapport with customers.
Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales processes, with the ability to identify customer needs and pitch products effectively.
Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using computers, CRM systems, and telephony equipment.
Persistence: High level of motivation, with the ability to handle rejections and remain resilient.
Organizational Skills: Strong time-management and record-keeping abilities.
Language: Malayalam,English and Hindi
