Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive to join our team and play a crucial role in our organization's success. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive work culture.
Key responsibilities: -
• Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and conflicts. Implement strategies to promote a positive work environment and resolve issues effectively.
• Performance Management: Coordinate performance appraisal processes, provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters, and support the development of performance improvement plans.
• HR Administration: Maintain accurate HR records, prepare HR reports, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
• HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with best practices and legal requirements.
• Compliance: Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure the organization's compliance with relevant legislation
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices. (Freshers can also apply).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with employees at all levels.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
