Masters with HR/ Organizational Behavior, Psychology, Organizational development, Operations/MHRM/MSW Skills: • Must be mature and presentable • Strong ability to communicate via phone and email Job Description: • Co-ordination of End to End Recruitment process • Attendance Management • Co-ordination with HR generalist activities • Handling the full and final settlement of the employees • Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization • Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities • Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly • Handling payroll and statutory matters • Follow up of confirmation records statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, taxes, etc • Working in admin related activities • Employee engagement and grievance handling Mention "HR Executive" in the subject line of the mail.
