Job Description

1. Do recruit the manpower for our organizations with sufficient back up
2. Do Schedule interviews to the management as per the Target
3. Do mark and prepare the attendance sheet regularly and submit to Accounts for salary calculations.
4. Provide and collect leave request sheet from employees after approval from higher authority.
5. Do make relation with maximum recruiting agencies in and around us, those who can provide employees as free of service on immediate basis.
6. Do follow and Lead the extra official activities of the organization and function the same with satisfactory manner.
7. Invite, Promote, Introduce, all the new employees with its regular formalities and rules.
8. Follow the Biometric details and do update in the monthly attendance sheet.
9. Do follow the resignation formalities of an employee with its No Dues Certificate and follow up to full and final settlement.
10. Do joining formalities of a new employee and proceed Introduction mail, Job offer Letter, and Further Appointment letter with the approval from senior officer.
11. Must be online in Lark as well whastp group 100% and should responsible to give feedback regarding HR department matters after office time also.
12. Do attend call at maximum time from the employees of our organization. Need to give reply as message or audio.
13. Do implement new ideas in HR department for work promotion and company development.
14. Do motivate our sales department with workshops
15. Do follow the Job Fairs conducting near to us and do the formalities for participating us.
16. Do post maximum Job Posters in Social Networking webs and other Groups. For posters you can work with our Designer with sufficient requirement.
17. Do give special attention on the points such as the neatness , punctuality , Day today functioning , Attendance, Reports, Attitude of the employees towards the organization, Dress code, ID card, Sound pollution etc in daily as well in equal intervals.
18. Do report all the details to senior officer and keep CC mail to all your conversation to anyone.
19. Do take approval for everything with senior officer for implementing/Providing /Allowing etc to any areas of your work.
20. Do mind the starting and end of an employee of an organization is from the HR Department of a company. So an HR officer should be and must an ideal example for everyone in terms of Dress Code, Punctuality , Leave submission , Working Nature, Attitude, Speaking , behaving , implementing ideas, email drafting , Response to any department , quick result making ,co ordination every employees in a single umbrella etc etc…..
