Job Description

Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and gas-related issues on commercial appliances like ovens, fryers,
dishwashers, walk-in freezers, ice cube machines, ice cream machine, espresso coffee machines and so on.
Conduct regular inspections of kitchen equipment to identify any issues or potential
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement solutions to resolve them promptly
Installing Boiling pan Tilting pan, Deep fryer, Broasted machine & grease trap under sink.
Installing kitchen cabinets, wash basin, kitchen hood & turbine fan for villas & restaurants.
Installing cold room units and assembling a cold room by sandwich panels.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen area
Knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing related to kitchen equipment
Calibrate, align, and adjust equipment components according to manufacturer specifications
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and perform manual tasks as needed
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to kitchen equipment maintenance
Time management skills to prioritize tasks and respond to urgent maintenance requests
Proficiency in using diagnostic instruments, hand tools, and precision measuring devices.
Cooper pipes welding, brazing, measuring and folding.
Ability to install new compressor, filter, capillary and water pressure pump for ice making machine.
