Job Description
Responsible for maintaining all leads / Enquiries received from all sources. Need to do closing orders from clients for all business streams of the company, viz: JC, OBD & TMC, by ensuring timely deliverables to meet the customer’s needs and happiness and accomplish the Sales Target assigned
1. Fully responsible for attending all the leads and enquiries which reaches the Company through all channels such as Enquiry collected by visiting Sales person, Phone enquiry, Mail enquiry, E-mail enquiry, Walk-in Enquiry, Digital Marketing Enquiry, Referral Enquiry, Tender Enquiry thru media (Press/media and news media) and by searching in internet. This includes the collating, validating, classifying, handing over enquiry to team if needed, and following it up with the concerned on the status of the same, towards the successful closure of the deal.
2. As per the advice from the reporting manager, the job includes Documentation (Lead Register), validation, classifying, handing over, updating and following up of all enquiries and reporting the same to HOD for assigning the enquiries to concerned.
3. All enquiries must be validated, followed up and updated on the Waiting register according to classification and growth status of the enquiry such as Cold, Warm, Hot Prospect and Hot. Every sales person enquiries should be checked and updated on daily basis as Lead validation statistics and forward the same to RSM or before 6pm (Mark a copy to CEO)
4. Doing customer calls (emails/ Phone calls / messages etc.), communications and preparing estimates/ proposals / Contract agreements on behalf of the company, in complete synergy, complying with company’s policies and standard operating procedures. Enquiries lost, forgotten to follow up, Untimely left behind etc. will be reviewed and if so, could attract degrading.
5. Following up with the concerned persons (or any enquiry assigned person) handling enquiries on daily basis by documenting action taken and identifying next course of action and alerting the concerned on the same.
6. To document and analyze the registered leads from various campaigns and to plan and execute the BTL activities in Co-ordination with Sales Team in different locations.
7. Coordinating with DEC cordially on matters regarding the measurements, drawings, estimates and proposals to be furnished to prospects/ clients in a timely manner without delay, ensuring its accuracy.
8. Continuously clean and update the database available with the company under the due supervision of the HOD.
9. Assisting in the conduct of exhibition such as preparation of the exhibition venue and attending the visitors, briefing and debriefing and collecting all necessary details of the prospect/client and documentation of the same.
10. Assisting the marketing person (Lead generating person) in Special Customer campaigns through customer / Prospect contacts and communications.
11. CSP – Customer Satisfaction Program. Being part of the team in conducting and managing CSP activities to ensure the performance outcome of the respective sales person (Starting from Enquiry attending to Contract signing)
12. Furnishing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports to the HOD in the prefixed formats, without reminders, as per timelines
13. To check and report competitor initiatives from time to time.
14. To keep custody of marketing inventory of brochures, leaflets etc. and to replenish the stock as and when needed.
15. Project Admin Documentation – Waiting / dropped projects – Both Hard and soft copy in the prescribed format as per ADPL standard. Any Admin documents MUST be in the safe custody of CR and should have a mechanism for making it available on CR’s absence. CR / Sales Coordinator will be maintaining CRF Register and Admin movement register
a. Safe Custodian of documents with index in each files.
16. Any other corresponding duties/ responsibilities assigned by the HOD/ Management from time to time.
