Job Description
2+ years in sales, preferably in Real Estate, Property Management Saas, or Co-living Sectors
Working Time: 9.00 to 6.00
Working days: Monday to Saturday
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive SaaS product adoption and revenue growth.
Identify, qualify, and onboard potential clients, including hostels, property owners, institutes, and corporates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored SaaS solutions.
Conduct market research to understand demand trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, conversion, and closing deals.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including negotiation, contract management, and post-sale engagement
Hire, train, and manage field executives to enhance sales effectiveness and market coverage.
Develop and maintain partnerships with educational institutions and corporations to drive occupancy rates.
Oversee sales operations, ensuring smooth communication between sales, operations, and marketing teams.
Conduct site visits, negotiate property acquisitions, and close deals aligned with business requirements.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Prepare reports and presentations for management on sales performance and business development strategies.
Represent Find My Hostel and Roomindo at industry events, networking meetings, and business forums to generate leads and strengthen partnerships.
Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Stay updated on real estate and co-living industry trends to identify new opportunities for business expansion.
Manage contracts, agreements, and legal documentation with hostel partners and institutional clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and ensure seamless customer onboarding.
Monitor customer satisfaction and retention, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling SaaS solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Masters degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and operational management software.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and handle escalations effectively.
Experience in B2B/B2C sales with a proven track record of achieving targets.
Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting.
Willingness to travel as per company requirements
