Key Responsibilities: Quotation & Enquiry Management: ? Prepare quotations for spare parts based on client requirements. ? Handle and respond to spare parts enquiries promptly and accurately. Technical Documentation & Reporting: ? Draft detailed technical maintenance reports post-service. ? Create and maintain a scheduling summary report for the entire group. Team Coordination & Tracking: ? Update daily activities of the technical team in an Excel tracking sheet. ? Maintain and update the Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) Planner. Contract & Maintenance Oversight: ? Send regular reminders to the Technical Supervisor regarding the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) list and upcoming due services.
