Responsibility:
Design and update job descriptions.
Source potential candidates from various online portals (e.g. social media and professional platforms).
Screen resumes and application forms
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
Take Interviews of candidates (via phone, video and in-person) & counsel them.
Guide candidates about career & jobs.
Collaborate with colleges & companies.
