Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain an effective network and cooperative relationship with the internal and external partners & clients.
Prepare information for internal and external communication emails, presentations & reports.
Assisting to CEO on day to day operational aspects.
Organizing and managing meetings & travel calendars.
Coordinating with various internal departments.
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintaining calendar, schedules appointments, travel management and meetings of CEO.
Skills & Qualification
Pleasant personality.
Must possess good communication skills and should be fluent in spoken and written English.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members and external partners.
Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint.
Ability to conduct research and present data in a succinct and well-written manner.
Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills
Ability to work with a broad range of people including colleagues of the president/CEO and staff, and others
Knowledge of other languages is an asset
Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills
Extremely Detail oriented
High standards of Ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information
A Bachelor’s degree with prior relevant work experience, freshers can also apply.
A good knowledge of Technology.
Flexible in terms of hours.
