We are seeking a qualified HR Counsellor to lead and oversee various human resource projects, providing valuable advice on human capital management. Your role will involve optimizing day-to-day HR processes, including recruitment, and implementing strategic HR plans and technology solutions.
Position: Counsellor
Qualification: MBA, BBA, BSc/BA in human resources.
Experience: 0-1 yrs.
Skills Required:
• knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices
• understanding of research methods and analysis
• working knowledge of human resource IT
• An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and consulting skills

Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruiting, training and management of personnel
• Candidates counselling
• Need to give presentations on IT Training programs
• Batch management
• Attendance management of trainees / Intern
• Convincing & Negotiating
• Preparing PPT's
• Coordinating with College T& P's
