Position: Counselor
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 0-2 yrs.
Skills Required:
• Strong communication skills, including listening.
• Interpersonal Skills.
• Convincing.
• Multi-tasking.
• The candidate must be Presentable with a Can-Do Attitude.
• Target Oriented.

Roles/Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the conversion of leads into enrolment.
• Providing counselling face to face, over the telephone, or online.
• Conducting Seminars/Workshops in colleges.
• Maintain accurate and complete records as required by laws, policies, and administrative regulations.
• Counselling of all walk-ins and effective follow up with prospects.
• Taking interviews, cold callings.
• Building a relationship of trust and respect with clients.
