**Job Title:** Student Course Councillor (Ed-Tech Inside Sales)

**Location:** Panampally Nagar, Kochi

**Salary: + Performance-based incentives

**Job Description:**

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Student Course Councillor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales for our online courses. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our students and their families.

**Responsibilities:**

* Generate leads through outbound calling, email, and social media
* Qualify prospects and set appointments
* Conduct demo sessions with prospective students and their families
* Close sales and manage the sales pipeline
* Provide excellent customer service to students and their families
* Stay up-to-date on our course offerings and industry trends

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related field
* 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
