Job Title: Service Advisor
Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused and technically knowledgeable Service Advisor to act as the key link between customers and our service team. The role involves understanding customer concerns, providing accurate service advice, preparing job cards, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles with high service quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their service/repair needs.
Prepare accurate job cards and service estimates.
Communicate repair details, costs, and timelines clearly to customers.
Coordinate with technicians and monitor job progress.
Ensure quality checks before vehicle delivery.
Update customers on service status and handle queries promptly.
Maintain records of services, customer interactions, and feedback.
Promote additional services, offers, and maintenance plans where applicable.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and service processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Customer-first attitude with the ability to handle pressure.
