Job Description

3–5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive workshop.
Experience with German, Italian, and high-end/luxury vehicles is required.
Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance procedures.
Experience handling premium/luxury car customers is highly preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Good English communication is mandatory.
Ability to prepare quotations and explain technical issues clearly to customers.
UAE automotive experience is preferred.
Candidates with experience in brands such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, Alfa Romeo, or similar luxury brands will be ADVANTAGE
