Job Description
We are looking for a customer-focused and organized Service Advisor to act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service team. The Service Advisor will be responsible for understanding customer needs, coordinating service operations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service management.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their service or repair requirements
Explain service procedures, timelines, and cost estimates clearly
Create job cards and accurately record customer complaints and service details
Coordinate with technicians and workshop teams to ensure timely service delivery
Provide regular updates to customers on service status and completion
Ensure proper inspection, diagnosis, and service documentation
Upsell value-added services, maintenance plans, or repairs when appropriate
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
Maintain accurate service records, invoices, and follow-up details
Ensure customer satisfaction before vehicle/service delivery
Follow company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures
